Bookmark Manager Magento 2 extension is for store managers who need to visit particular pages frequently at the admin side. Admin can create its own backend navigation by placing the most visited pages in a drop-down list.
Save any admin URL, including customer view, order, CMS or product pages, sales pages, marketing pages, etc. Store owners can set titles to bookmarks so that they can recognize the saved link easily.
How It Works?
This extension is very easy to operate. On every admin page, there is a dropdown list and a star icon for a bookmark. If anyone wants to bookmark that page, just click on that star icon.
One simple page will popup. On that page, the admin can change the bookmark title if it wants. When clicking on the Ok button, the page will be saved in the bookmark list and all lists will be displayed in a dropdown.
The store owners can see only bookmarks for their accounts. If the ‘Share bookmarks’ options are set to ‘No’ then other admin users won’t be able to see the bookmarks. And If it is ‘Yes’, then all admin users can share bookmarks with one another. So, it will save time and effort for all users.
Admin can also manage all bookmarks from the bookmark menu. From this page, change the path and rename the title as well. And delete bookmarks when they’re not needed anymore.
